The purpose of the Website is to present and promote the specific medical activities carried out at the MED ANIMA Clinic.

I. Who we are
We are a medical center dedicated to mental health established in 2013 and we currently have open clinics in Iasi and Timisoara and also offer online consultations. We offer mental health services (psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, neurologist), innovative treatments for mental disorders, both for adults and children, both CAS and against payment.

II. Terms

“Personal data” – means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity (Art. 4, point 1 of GDPR 679/2016).

“Doctor” – refers to natural persons holding an official qualification in medicine, within the meaning of Law no. 95/2006 on health reform.
“Patient” – refers to healthy or sick individuals who are using health services, or are under the treatment of a physician, considered in relation to the physician.
“Visitor” – means any person accessing and/or using the https://medanima.ro/ website.

III. Intellectual property

MED ANIMA SRL (through the MED ANIMA Clinic) is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the content of the Website, including, but not limited to: articles, text, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, logos and designs.

Visitors to the Website may access, download and print the materials published on the Website, free of charge, exclusively for personal use and for non-commercial purposes only. As a result of any of these actions, visitors to the Website are not conveyed or recognized any right, title or legitimate interest in the materials published on the Website.

No part of the content of the Website over which MED ANIMA SRL has an intellectual property right may be reproduced, distributed or published in any form, for any purpose or by any means, without its prior written consent.

– By accessing the “Services” section, you are presented all the medical (psychiatric and psychological) services offered by the MED ANIMA Clinic, as well as the possibility to make an online appointment for each of them.
– In the “About us” section, you will find information about the history of the clinic, its composition (team members) and vacancies available in the clinic.
– By visiting the “Blog – Your Health” section, you will find various specialized articles of psychological and psychiatric relevance.

By using the Website in any way and for any purpose, you declare that you fulfill the conditions provided by law, namely that you have the capacity to enter into legal acts that give rise to your obligations under the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

V. Limitation of liability

MED ANIMA SRL shall not be liable for any damages that the Website Visitor, the Patient, the Physician or any other third party may suffer as a result of the use of the Website in any manner or for any purpose or as a result of the fulfillment by MED ANIMA SRL (through the MED ANIMA Clinic) of any of its legal and/or contractual obligations.

The Visitor/Payer shall use the information provided through the Website entirely at his/her own risk. He/she is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information transferred/received via the Website and for processing it in accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data.

Information of any type presented through the Website is provided by MED ANIMA SRL in the form and content in which it was received or taken, without modification.
